Nic + Annie Nothing makes the day more fun than shooting an amazing couples wedding like Nic and Annie's. Annie is beautiful and has a sparkling personality and Nic is caring and loving and a great guy. I'm most impressed by the way Nic loves Annie... he simply adores her unconditionally and the way Annie loves and supports Nic. But really, what's there to not love about them...They are fun, caring, loving, and two amazing people. Not to mention, totally beautiful! I think they make a perfect match. Annie & Nic incorporated colors of peony pink and pretty green in their wedding. They carried out the pink & green theme with the bouquet, centerpieces, and their wedding favors. Annie's bouquet had beautiful pink peonies- simply stylish! They also incorported a wishing tree for their guests to sign good wishes for them... love that somebody wrote "Happy wife, Happy Life". Amen to that one! :0) Their wedding favors were darjeerling tea in green and ceremic tea tray in green from Tea Forte- a fabulous gifts for their guest. An engagement session... David visited Wendy's work everyday before
they dated. That is dedication and a man in love... now they are
engaged. Wendy had contacted me after seeing our engagement samples
to photograph their engagement. Wendy is so cute and she looked

We're engaged! I love it when couples have fun during our engagement session! I knew we were going to have a great time the minute I met Francis. They are so fabulous together and I love the way they play. Francis travels a lot so we got lucky to track him down for this session. He is such a funny guy! You know you'll always have a blast with him coz he's just that cool funny lovable guy. Elizabeth is all about style, Liz is the owner of a fabulous jewelry line, Elizabeth Labao Designs. Her jewelry line is simply fabulous! I think they make perfect gifts for bridesmaids. She is so talented and she has great sense of colors. They are a perfect match... Fabulous couple...

Gratitudes... I had a pleasure of meeting fabulous and beautiful Jules Bianchi for a mentor session. She is someone I had always admired since the film days so it was really exciting to meet her and spend mentor time with her. She is an awesome photographer and she's got the cutest pad in chic part of Los Angeles. She is super sweet and fun and she was really great in walking me through the business side of things. She did a visioning session with me where I envision where I want to go and it was really cool. It really helped me to shape my thoughts and get on point. Plus she does fabulous pysanky eggs during easter time and I simply adore them. Check out her Jules Cafe and have tea for two with her, she's awesome :0) Thank you Jules! You're the best! I met up with Mike Colon who is a high end wedding photographer. He's a fantastic photographer and a really nice guy. He caters to the high end couples and his rates start around 20k for weddings. And his images are beautiful. He shot Usher's wedding (R & B singer and the best dancer in my opinion) last year. He's worked with Colin Cowe, one of top wedding planner. He was very open, humble and candid with me and I really appreciated him for being so open. He had a lot of insights to share and offered a lot of great advice in my time of transition. At the end, I felt like I got together with a friend. Thanks Mike for everything!

Dear Heesyun, Heesyun, Love, Karen (mother of the bride) Thank you Vid & Karen for your sweet email, you guys rock! Sandra & Bennett's Wedding I feel so blessed to be doing what I do. I was really looking forward to Sandra & Bennett's wedding because we had a super fun time during our engagement and they are one of the most genuine and kind people I know. I love the way they fell in love. They had known each other for a long time but never saw the potential until one day. One day when Sandra asked Bennett to go to an art museum with her, one day where they share a meal, one day where they met at a Pinkberry, and one day when Bennett proposed to her with a surprise... with a nice bling bling. And this one day they both said "I do" and its the beginning of their lives together. I laughed a lot and had a blast with the whole wedding party. Sandra & Bennett are super sweet and super fun and I have to say the same for their good friends in the bridal party. The best man's speech was priceless, go Charles! Sandra & Bennett's engagement I didn't get to meet Sandra & Bennett until our engagement session and the first thing they said to me was, "We've never taken photos together so we're a bit nervous". I knew looking at both of them that we were going to have a fabulous time because I loved Sandra's style and Bennett's just a hottie. Also it helps that they had full trust in me to do my job and that is so important. They were super easy to work with and I absolutely adore this couple. Linda & Nam's Wedding Linda & Nam have been together for a long time so everyone was super happy for their special day. Linda is so detailed and she did a great job with all her details. It was really sweet seeing the tears of joy when they first saw each other. They are so in love. They celebrated at the Turnip Rose Grand Newport Plaza. It's a great location for a wedding. Boudoir, Boudoir, Boudoir... I get asked to do a lot of boudoir shoots by brides who are looking for that special unique gift for their groom as wedding gift. I try my best to make the shoot fun and make sure that it's going to look hot and sexy and of course classy. I love the reaction of the brides after they see their photos... it's pricesless.
